London and Paris {Our Travels}

My husband and I recently had the incredible opportunity to travel to London…

then to Brighton, UK…

and finally to Paris!

Anyone who knew me as a little girl growing up in the Midwest, could tell you there were two places I wanted to visit: California (check!) and Paris, France (someday…. right?). Well, my amazing husband has made both these long-lived childhood dreams of mine come true! <3

I can’t even describe how unbelievable it felt to walk out of the train station and into Paris… just incredible.

I managed to take *just a few* photos of each place we visited, and would love to share some of the highlights!

London was a blast! We walked around from our hotel and visited Kensington Palace (no changing of the guards that day, but still beautiful!)

Then on to Westminster Abbey & Big Ben, where we heard Big Ben right at noon, perfect timing!

We then boarded a river cruise to see some more sights…

And of course had to ride a Double-Decker bus to see even more!

I’ll have to do another post with Brighton, and of course another yet with Paris! There was so much to see! 🙂
